Baggage handlers

Admittedly when we looked out the window of our plane the distracted and lethargic activities of the handlers we witnessed did not give us great comfort, in the end everything arrived where it was supposed at the time it was supposed to. Even taking into account we were flying into Newark via Toronto, neither of which have a great reputation these days.
