Being back in our ‘home’ city has been great, in that seeing family and friends is wonderful and important. However, the city itself has been a bit depressing for me as the growth and change it has experienced has not been all positive in my eyes. So, our short pre-anniversary trip to Canmore was a much needed boast to my mental wellbeing.

I hope you enjoyed a glimpse of the beauty we got to experience. It certainly was good for us.
Beautiful photos as usual! Enjoy your time together here!
Happy Easter 😊 thanks for the photos a happy reminder of a part of Canada which holds happy memories for us as well. We stayed in Canmore at Easter 1996
Sorry I didn’t get a chance to enter my name the previous comment came from Rosemary Hosking in Adelaide South Australia memories of our Easter spent in Canmore in 1996
Our mountains are so beautiful and never fail to bring peace to my soul. Thankyou for sharing your beautiful pictures. There is no place like home.
Hello Karen and Peter, I heard great podcast from 2020 on the Expat Chat that you both spoke on . I’m trying to find more information on places I can join to house sit
and other resources to assist with this new lifestyle we want to embark on . Can you help with you favorite apps and resources to get started please?
We use trustedhousesitters.com as a great base. Depending on the regions we are in we also join more local platforms like aussiehousesitters.com , kiwihousesitters.com , or housesitterscanada.com . If you want to join any of these let us know as we can provide a code for some that will get you a discount to join. In exchange they give us a few months extension on our memberships (full disclosure). Where in the world are you looking to get a start?
